WOMB STORIES

We carry layers of story in our wombs and in our bodies. These layers of story manifest as patterns, beliefs, ways of being or even physical symptoms that show up in our everyday experience of life.

When we use our voice to express our stories, especially those stories that are unique to being woman, those layers that are held get to unravel. Creating space for emotion to be felt. Emotion that may not have felt safe to be expressed before. Clearing space for wisdom to emerge. For learnings and clarity. For pain to be transmuted into power.

I believe so strongly in the power of being witnessed in our experiences of womanhood. Be it menstruation, sex, intimacy, birth, abortion, pregnancy loss, menopause.. the full spectrum of what it means to be woman.

These parts of us that have and are experiencing these things are yearning to be seen.

So we can stand in their power not in their shadow.

And this is what the WOMB STORIES circles are all about.

A regular circle space for women to gather. To explore the themes of womanhood together. To share and be seen. To dive deep together. To introspect and self reflect. To be held and receive. To learn from each other. To expand and take up space. To create medicine from our experiences.

The first circle on Sunday 10th November is free. All circles thereafter will be £11 to join.
