GUIDED BREAST MASSAGE AUDIO PRACTICE
This is a 28 minute guided practice, first bringing you into a state of regulation and relaxation, and then taking you on a journey to explore self breast massage.
Why breast massage
Every woman carries a story and has a relationship with her breasts, based on experiences, conditioning and beliefs. The act of bringing loving, non sexual and gentle touch to this part of our body can be deeply healing, relaxing and pleasurable.
Energetically the breasts are connected with the heart, and are a part of the body where we can carry and store so much. Tension, trauma, emotions and old beliefs can create armour, tension and stagnation. Cultivating a self massage practice is a beautiful way of building a deeper connection with your body, your heart and your intuition. Creating more openness to receive from life, be clear with your desires and your boundaries. It has the potential to release stagnation, reduce inflammation, help overall tissue health and support in releasing emotions. It’s a simple yet profound practice that I believe every woman would benefit from doing on a regular basis!
What oil to use
You can purchase a handmade WOMB & BREAST MASSAGE OIL from my shop.
Or any of the following oils are wonderful for self massage.
Sesame (warmed up is even better)
Coconut
Sunflower
***make sure to do a patch test on the skin before using if you haven’t used it on your skin before***
