Activating and cultivating connection with three of your intuitive and intelligent power centres. De-armouring, unwinding, re-sensitising and awakening to pleasure.

I will guide you through a deep and devotional self massage and self healing touch practice. Working with a blend of ancient practices and modern approaches to whole woman care; we will be tending to your heart through breast massage, your womb space with womb massage and your yoni through vulva + internal vagina mapping.

Through these practices you also get to cultivate body literacy, building a relationship with the fabric of your body and taking time to tend to your tissues (which is SO important). From here you can know and understand your body’s baseline, track how she shifts and changes in response to life, and learn to care for her so you can feel nourished and vital.

I believe the practice of self massage + yoni mapping to a be incredibly supportive tools for every woman to experience; for healing, connection, pleasure, emotional release and self regulation.

If you attended The Art of Self Massage series, this class builds and deepens on what we explored there. I recommend it as a continuation of your journey! You do not need to have attended The Art of Self Massage to attend this class.

In my spaces I am teaching you to follow the guidance of your own body at a pace that feels natural to you. I will be guiding you through each and every part of this class, with the intention of supporting you to deeply listen to how your body speaks to you, and respond to what she needs. Anchoring into deep trust with yourself.
