BOOKING:

To enquire about booking a Womb Massage, please fill out the form on the bottom of the Womb Massage information page. To secure your session, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. At the time of booking we will discuss whether you would like to pay in full or if we need arrange payment plans for the remainder of the balance to be paid. By transferring your deposit, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions on this page. Payments can be made by bank/e-transfer or a debit/credit card through a payment link. You will receive the bank/e-transfer details or payment link at the time of booking. Once you have paid, I will reach out to you to organise a time for the session.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The 50% deposit is non-refundable. If for any reason you cannot attend the Womb Massage and need to cancel, please contact Charlie as soon as possible.

​CANCELLATION INITIATED BY CHARLIE TIMBRELL:

In the event that a scheduled session needs to be cancelled by Charlie for any reason, your full payment and deposit payment will be transferred to another session or offering. Alternatively, if Charlie has to cancel and it is not possible to reschedule, you may request a full refund of your payment.

This cancellation policy is designed to protect both Charlie Timbrell and the recipients of sessions. It is also designed to be respectful of the time, the fees and the organisation required for the sessions.
